DESIGNING HOMES WITH CHARACTER, CARE AND INTENTION
I’ve always been fascinated by interiors and how our surroundings can affect the way we feel.
My background is in Art & Design, and it was while studying in Bath that my spark for period architecture was ignited: the elegant proportions, beautiful craftsmanship and slightly imperfect details that tell a building’s story.
I worked as an illustrator and taught illustration and painting at Central Saint Martins. I also managed front of house for a busy animation company, where I became involved in refurbishments, working with trades and making sure everything came together seamlessly - probably an early sign of where I was heading!
Art, architecture, interiors and fashion have always felt connected to me. I get transfixed by how colour, pattern and proportion can come together to create something that just feels right.
I have a particular love of period and character homes, but I don’t believe they should feel like museums.
I love mixing old and new, retaining the quirks and original details while creating interiors that feel fresh, comfortable and make sense to the people living there.
For me, the best homes aren't the most perfect ones. They’re the ones filled with things you love, collected over time, making a space feel personal and a pleasure to come back to.
